Backgammon Analyzer is a coaching and study application for reviewing backgammon matches and decisions.
Information we process
The application may store your email address, account and role information, backgammon profiles, uploaded match data, classifications, study notes, questions, coaching responses, and application preferences. If you choose Google sign-in, Google provides the application with basic account information needed to identify your account, such as your verified email address.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the application, authenticate users, restrict access to the appropriate student or coach data, analyze uploaded backgammon matches, support coaching and study features, and maintain backups and application security.
Sharing
Backgammon Analyzer does not sell personal information. Student information is available only to the student, authorized coach or coaches assigned to that student, and the application administrator as required to operate the service. Service providers used to operate the application may process limited information as necessary for hosting, authentication, and transactional email.
Google sign-in
Google sign-in is optional. The application requests only the basic identity information needed for authentication. Backgammon Analyzer does not receive your Google password.
Data retention and deletion
Application data is retained while an account or coaching profile is in use and may also be retained in backups for recovery purposes. Users may request account or profile data deletion by contacting the application administrator.
Security
Reasonable technical controls are used to protect account and coaching data, including authenticated access and role-based restrictions. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security.
